Anissa graduated from Duquesne University in 2013 with a degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, and Marketing. Throughout her college career, Anissa participated in the Student Government Association (for which she acted as Senator, Parliamentarian, and Vice President) and Alpha Sigma Tau (where she served on the Honor Council, and worked as the Parliamentarian and Vice President), in addition to holding the position of Scholarship Chair for Duquesne’s Pan-Hallenic Council. It’s no wonder she was awarded a Student Life Leadership Award!
During her time at the University, Anissa gained experience interning for Trib Total Media, Jonano, and PNC Bank. After graduation, she accepted a role as a Business System Analyst at PNC, and has since held the positions of Senior Business Systems Analyst and Scrum Master. Anissa remains an active member of the Girls Hope family, as as she serves on our Board of Directors and mentors one of our bright, young scholars.
