Pre-Service Requirements

As a Volunteer or Mentor you must:

• Complete our Volunteer Application.
• Participate in an interview with the Volunteer Coordinator.
• Submit Proof of ID (driver’s license).
• Submit state and federal background checks and child abuse clearances.
• Submit a PA DMV 3-Year Driver Report and copy of insurance card (for individuals who will transport scholars during volunteer service).
• For mentors only: complete Mentoring 101 training.
• Review and sign our Volunteer Agreement/Policies.
